The foundation for thriving human life is community of healthy, resourced individuals. In my classes and workshops, community is the foundational layer for whatever specific topic we are exploring. You will gain new insights and skills, as well as a more solid foundation on which to build.
Each workshop is an invitation to resource yourself and connect with others who are doing the same. Let's see what magic unfolds as we settle the nervous system, attune with nature, and explore life-affirming, exciting, inspiring topics and practices together.
